Appraisals (Fundy) Ltd. is an independent and established Real Estate Appraisal and Consulting Firm located in Saint John New Brunswick. Although completing assignments throughout Atlantic Canada, our day to day operations are concentrated to southern New Brunswick.  

With more than 50 years of archived information for the Region, we are well positioned to complete a competent assignment whether it be related to present or historical values including market trends established, we have seen it all!

The firm has been continuously and exclusively involved with the professional practice of real estate appraisal, valuation and consulting since 1969. Over the years we continue to combine industry experience and technological advantages to earn the confidence of our clients and agencies.

We are particularly oriented toward establishing property values for clients; however, litigation and tribunal support also form a significant component of our appraisal practice. We specialize in forensic appraising and dispute resolution. Our appraisers have been accepted as experts by Provincial and Federal Courts, as well as various Appeal Tribunals.

Our team of appraisers hold a number of industry accreditations including the CRA and AACI (P.App) designation of the Appraisal Institute of Canada. We have been fortunate and appreciate the contribution of associates that influence their careers with us, including those who have moved on to senior levels of Government Agencies and Private Corporations.
